Three of those fit under the FRIENDS umbrella and can be used in schools as a prevention and by health professionals as a treatment. They are: Fun Friends - years 4-7 Friends for Life - child years 8-11 My FRIENDS Youth - youth 12-16 Resilience for Life - adult Focus is the fifth programme and is used by psychologists and psychiatrists to treat children, youth and adults with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Ultimately the Lifepaths Trust is committed to making a positive difference in young people’s lives. These Programmes are the first steps in this journey. Helena Francis Lifepaths
