Emma Barker (right) trained as a Psychologist in London, UK. She worked for 8 years in hospitals, in primary health care and ran a psychological service and groups for students at the LSE University. Since her return to NZ, she has been conducting Needs Assessments for children and adults at an anxiety specialist clinic and is a full member of the New Zealand Psychological Society. She is a fully accredited FRIENDS group's facilitator. Emma is a mother of 3 children.
Emma feels very strongly about working in the preventative field of psychological disorders and is very pleased to be able to offer these groups in Auckland.
